Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips and tags are intact. Please include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
